Unlocking AI’s Potential: Highlights from Our Webinar Series “More Impact & Efficiency with AI Tools”
Artificial intelligence is reshaping how we work—and for many, the question is no longer if but how to use it effectively. That is exactly what our recent webinar series, “More Impact & Efficiency with AI Tools,” set out to explore.
Designed for members of the Think Global Sustainability Network, the series offered a hands-on introduction to AI-powered tools, helping close the knowledge gap between early adopters and those just starting their journey.
From Curious to Confident: Learning by Doing
Led by Konrad Teichert, certified AI Content Manager (IHK), lecturer on AI tools and Head of the Division for Economy, Finance, Labour and Social Issues at HSF Munich, the six-module series focused on real-world use cases and practical application. The sessions were not just about theory—they were about doing. Participants got the chance to interact with tools like ChatGPT, Napkin, Perplexity, Neuroflash, Mappify, and more.
Each module mixed short presentations with live demonstrations, where attendees learned to generate everything from text and images to full social media campaigns.
What We Covered: A Quick Module Recap
Here’s a quick look at what each session offered:
- Module 1 - Introduction to AI with ChatGPT: A deep dive into AI fundamentals, the different types of AI tools, and how to craft effective prompts for better results.
- Module 2 - Research and Data Analysis: How AI can support smarter, faster information gathering, fact-checking, and data analysis.
- Module 3 - Text Generation for Grant Applications & More: Using AI for writing funding proposals, communication materials, translations, and collaborative work.
- Module 4 - Image Generation with AI: Creating visuals using AI tools, along with a closer look at ethical considerations like deep fakes.
- Module 5 - Content Creation Tools: From presentations to infographics, this session showed how AI supports creative workflows.
- Module 6 - AI for Communication & Social Media: Participants explored how to design flyers, generate social media posts, and even create videos with AI tools tailored for advocacy and outreach.

By the end of the series, participants had:
- Gained hands-on experience with a variety of AI tools
- Learned how to apply AI to real tasks in their daily work
- Strengthened their digital capacity as part of the GMACC partnership
What’s Next?
The final session offered a look ahead at how organisations can integrate AI more deeply: from automating repetitive tasks to exploring AI-powered project management and tapping into emerging AI agent technologies.
The message was clear: AI is more than a trend; it is a set of tools that can bring lasting value to organisations that use them wisely.
Whether you are brand-new to AI or already experimenting, this series was a great reminder of what is possible when learning is practical, collaborative, and purpose-driven.
